陳濤，生于1978年，山東省濟(jì)寧市任城區(qū)長(zhǎng)溝鎮(zhèn)后陳村人，現(xiàn)住山東省濟(jì)寧市中區(qū)，中國(guó)民建會(huì)員，研究生學(xué)歷�，F(xiàn)任中國(guó)僑商聯(lián)合會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、山東省僑聯(lián)青年委員會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)青年企業(yè)家協(xié)會(huì)委員、山東省人大代表、山東省民建企工委委員、山東省工商聯(lián)執(zhí)委、濟(jì)寧市政協(xié)委員。

也許，沒(méi)有人相信，一個(gè)小學(xué)沒(méi)畢業(yè)的農(nóng)村孩子，如何白手起家成就了如此大的家業(yè)，又獲得了這么多的社會(huì)榮譽(yù)。然而，他卻用他不平凡的人生經(jīng)歷，告訴我們：相信自己，終能創(chuàng)造奇跡！

1992年，年僅14歲的他開(kāi)始擺攤做生意，積累創(chuàng)業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和人脈，同時(shí)積累了一定的財(cái)富。

隨后，又先后創(chuàng)辦了山東辰龍置業(yè)有限公司、濟(jì)寧市任城區(qū)德利小額貸款有限責(zé)任公司、速5酒店、濟(jì)寧北城出租汽車(chē)有限責(zé)任公司，并于2011年5月25日成立山東北城集團(tuán)。在他的帶領(lǐng)下，北城集團(tuán)不斷發(fā)展壯大，速5鮮水果超市連鎖超市、任城供銷(xiāo)農(nóng)民專業(yè)聯(lián)合社、北京中北財(cái)富金融互聯(lián)網(wǎng)P2P平臺(tái)——北城貸相繼成立，北城集團(tuán)也發(fā)展成為經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍涵蓋體育、駕培、新能源開(kāi)發(fā)與應(yīng)用、地產(chǎn)、金融、酒店管理、汽車(chē)出租租賃、超市、農(nóng)業(yè)服務(wù)等多個(gè)行業(yè)的大集團(tuán)。2014年7月25日，濟(jì)寧龍凱天然氣投資有限公司成功掛牌上市，標(biāo)志著濟(jì)寧龍凱天然氣投資有限公司邁上了新臺(tái)階，也為進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提供了新機(jī)遇。

企業(yè)日漸壯大的同時(shí)，陳濤漸漸感到自己的學(xué)識(shí)越來(lái)越跟不上形勢(shì)的發(fā)展，只有小學(xué)文化程度的他一直在努力，把自己落下的課程一一彌補(bǔ)上來(lái)。2005年，陳濤被濟(jì)寧市委黨校錄取，成為經(jīng)濟(jì)管理專業(yè)的一名�？粕�。兩年后，陳濤以優(yōu)異的成績(jī)畢業(yè)，進(jìn)入本科階段學(xué)習(xí)人力資源管理。本科畢業(yè)后，又考上省委黨校經(jīng)濟(jì)管理專業(yè)的碩士研究生，同時(shí)他又報(bào)名參加了清華大學(xué)舉辦的MBA課程，第二年，他又報(bào)名參加了清華大學(xué)“旅游地產(chǎn)與酒店管理”課程，以及世界頂級(jí)名校劍橋大學(xué)與清華大學(xué)合作開(kāi)辦的“國(guó)際投融資與資本運(yùn)作”課程。

2011年6月24日至28日，跟隨溫家寶總理訪問(wèn)匈牙利；

2011年10月23日至11月4日跟隨賈慶林主席訪問(wèn)希臘、荷蘭、德國(guó)；

2012年2月13日至18日，跟隨時(shí)任副主席習(xí)近平訪問(wèn)美國(guó)；

2013年10月2日至8日，隨國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平出訪印度尼西亞和馬來(lái)西亞；

2014年6月16日至23日，隨國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)訪問(wèn)英國(guó)、希臘。
